Welcome to EverGift.
This document governs the terms of sale and use of the website evergift.eu.
Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
By making a purchase, you fully accept the conditions set out below.
1. General Information
EverGift is a handcrafted brand that creates personalized wooden decorations and accessories.
All products available on the website are handmade with care; therefore, slight variations in color or shape are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
2. Orders and Personalizations
Orders can only be placed online through our website.
During the purchase process, the customer is responsible for carefully checking the information entered for personalization (names, phrases, dates, etc.).
EverGift shall not be held responsible for spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods are those indicated during checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
Payment is considered complete only after confirmation of a successful transaction.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipments are made throughout Italy via express courier.
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the type of product and the time of year (especially during the Christmas period).
EverGift is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.
5. Returns and Refunds
Personalized Items
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to EverGift.
If an item is incorrect or damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and a description of the issue.
Non-Personalized Items
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product received is defective or does not match the order, EverGift will replace it or issue a full refund after verification.
Reports must be sent via email to 📧 evergift.eu@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
7. Liability
EverGift shall not be held liable for any damages arising from improper use of the products or from modifications made by the customer.
Delays or non-delivery due to force majeure do not entitle the customer to any compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, photographs, designs, and graphics) is the property of EverGift and protected by copyright laws.
Any reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.
9. Processing of Personal Data
EverGift processes customers’ personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy laws.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
In the event of any dispute, the Court of the customer’s place of residence or domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
