At EverGift, we are committed to fast, secure, and trackable deliveries in Italy and abroad.
Every order is carefully prepared, hand-packed, and shipped from our artisan workshop.

🇮🇹 Shipping within Italy

  • Flat shipping rate: €4.90

  • Free shipping on orders over €50.00

Deliveries are made via GLS within 2–5 business days (depending on destination).
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

🌍 Shipping within Europe

  • Flat shipping rate: €15.00

  • Free shipping on orders over €150.00

All European shipments are handled by GLS, with average delivery times of 5–10 business days, which may vary by destination country.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States and Canada

  • Shipments to the USA and Canada are handled by DHL.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are always the responsibility of the customer and may vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

  • Average delivery time: 7–15 business days.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment.
Personalized items may require slightly longer preparation times (up to 5–7 days), depending on order volume, especially during the Christmas season.

✉️ Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

⚠️ Possible Delays

Delivery times may vary in case of:

  • public holidays or national closures;

  • adverse weather conditions;

  • strikes or carrier service disruptions;

  • incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
