🪵 Personalized Items

Personalized or custom-made products (for example, items with names, dates, or special inscriptions) cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

We are fully committed to ensuring that every personalization is completed correctly and that each item reflects exactly what was selected at the time of the order.

📬 Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving your order, provided that the item is intact, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you receive is defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 evergift.eu@gmail.com, attaching clear photos of the product.

After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
